Description
These components adapters are to be used together with the DCT600
.
They are held in position by vacuum and heat is transfered from the Thermal
Chuck top layer to the component back-side through a thermal bridge.
Standard temperature range is 40 °C to +125°C (for extended range,
please contact Digit Concept)
| Temperature is regulated
at the components back-side level. A thermal sensor is inserted in the thermal bridge and connected to the dedicated plug of the Thermal Chuck. Three screews are provided for PCB and socket leveling. This allows the thermal contact between component back-side and thermal bridge to be as perfect as possible. Each time it is possible, open-top sockets are used to allow Hot Spot Detection with liquid crystals or probing on decapsulated packages. Depending on the package, one, two or four HE901 86 pins connectors can be plugged on the PCB edges. Many adapters are available from our standard list, but if the one your are looking for does not exist yet, just supply package and socket names, types and drawings, and we will manufacture it |
