• Supplying and supporting plasma cleaning and RIE equipments (BSET EQ), Chemical decapsulation of IC packages (B&G International and Apparate Systeme), acoustic microscopy (Hitachi)
We also supply polishing equipments, their accesories and consumables

Most equipments of these brands can be serviced at your location during and after warranty period. We also propose service contracts .
